Rental Assistance Demonstration Program
The Newton Housing Authority has undertaken the process of applying to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development for the RAD/Blend for Small Housing Authorities.
Anyone seeking information about this program may download the attached presentations that were utilized at the 6/15/22, 3/20/23 and 10/16/24 resident meetings that were conducted on site to discuss RAD and the impact on the residents. You can also go the HUD RAD website (www.hud.gov/RAD) where there is information on the program, your rights and numerous other topics of interest pertaining to the RAD Program.
